Bar Review materials are time-sensitive, copyrighted, proprietary intellectual property. For that reason, returns are handled in accordance with the following policy:
Any amounts paid, less a restocking/administrative fee of $175, will be refunded if the student notifies Celebration Bar Exam Review within 3 days of receipt of materials of dissatisfaction for any reason. Refund requests must be sent in writing (email to jackson@celebrationbarreview.com is acceptable).
All materials must be returned at the student’s expense with a return postmark within 3 days of initial receipt. Books must be unmarked to receive a refund. No other returns or refunds will be made after the 3 day period expires, regardless of whether the student actually takes the exam. Any online materials (including attachments such as study guides) must be removed from the student's computers and the files destroyed.
No other requests for refunds will be honored. Offer does not apply to orders placed within 30 days of the student's exam date. Refunds will be processed after the returned materials (if applicable) have been received and inspected.
